This evaluation provides valuable information concerning muscular strengthens and weakness, core stability and flexibility. This enables us to set reasonable and safe goals for our clients.
We then design an individualized program based on your needs. We begin by redefining and then transforming your body so you feel better and move more efficiently. The goal of our program is to improve your strength, enhance recovery time, minimize the risk of injuries, maximize performance and improve your sense of well-being.
The Fitness In Motion System will allow you to regain control of your body while fine tuning your metabolism through the combination of nutritional education and strength training. After 12 only weeks you will have improved muscular strength and endurance, enhanced core strength, and an improved sense of self.

Step 2: Flexibility and Neuromuscular Control
Move Freely!
We begin by refining areas where you lack flexibility and neuromuscular control or balance. Inability to move through a joint’s full functional range of motion and/or inability to control movement increases your risk of injury. Regular flexibly and balance training minimizes the effects of aging and immobility, resulting in stronger and more powerful muscles.
Step 3: Strength Training
Build lean muscle!
Strength is defined as the ability of a given muscle or group of muscles to generate muscular force under specific conditions. Strong muscles perform two key roles in a strength training program. First, strong muscles respond more efficiently to external stimulus, thus protecting our joints and reducing the incidence of injury. Secondly, our muscles are the engines that run our metabolism. Developing strong and efficient muscles leads to a more productive and efficient metabolism.
Step 4: Functional Training
Train Efficiently!
Functional Training encompasses a multi-directional approach to training. It involves the use of a wide variety of modalities and specific movement patterns for the purpose of enhancing performance and rehabilitation. Once you have mastered the basic training movements we can begin focusing on complex multidirectional and sports specific movements. Functional training allows you to take your training to the next level.
